While we were staying near Lake Powell, we made a number of trips to parks.
Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon are two amazing and completely different national parks in Utah.
Zion National Park
At the entrance to Zion National.
This lady was nice enough to take some pictures of us…turns out she went to Council Rock Schools!
Located in Springdale, Utah about 2 hours from Lake Powell, Zion has absolutely amazing views to see.
When you enter Zion, you’ll travel on some windy roads and through a long dark tunnel before reaching the heart of the park.
Zion is worth the trip!
Bryce Canyon
Utah has some of the most beautiful landscapes we’ve ever seen, it’s just incredible.
On our way to Bryce Canyon, we drove through the Red Canyon.
Abby and Smokey.
Frankie looks like a thrilled teenager here!

After some more driving through the Red Canyons, we made it to Bryce Canyon.
It got a lot colder at Bryce than anywhere else we visited.
Rainbow Point is at the top of Bryce Canyon and offers amazing views of the park.

You just have to go see it.
Frankie liked the snow the best!
After a fun time in Utah, we have decided that it is time for us to start heading South. Stay tuned for our next stops.
Dates of trips – October 14 – 17th, 2021
